@ S. Defoe--It's great that you've changed your diet. Staying away from sugar and carbs/starches is a big plus and will help immensely--you've stopped feeding the yeast! Your brain fog and tiredness could either be the yeast overgrowth itself or die off, it's hard to tell. The yogurt and acidophilus are good things, too.

I would recommend the Optimum Candida Cleanse program mentioned in this post as it is very effective. It addresses parasites that contribute to yeast overgrowths and also helps restore a healthy balance to your gut and digestive system bringing the overgrowth of yeast under control. Just follow the directions located on the web product page of the link above.

I've used all of the products in this program and can vouch for their effectiveness.

All the best and please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi there, thank you for the info on candida/yeast die off. I have started a protein/veg eating program where I will slowly re-introduce starchy carbs when I have lost my excess weight. (Dukan Diet). I have a flare up of thrush on my tongue and vagina. It is not extremely severe but irritating. I am taking acidophilus daily to help and live yoghurt. I do have a brain fog and feel tired. What do you suggest to help me in this situation. I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
